Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

​

EICR is a government safety requirement that now must be carried out annually and with each new occupancy of rental properties.

​

EICR are provided as an official document much like a gas safety check, given after an assessment by a qualified engineer or electrician. The assessment is based on the quality of your electrical installation, the accessories and cables.
